- No matter where you are within our online shop, the SHOP CONTROL area shown above will always display the number & total value of the items in your shopping basket.
- Click the 'View Basket' button at any time to see the contents, remove any items or increase the quantity of any items. You should also click it when you've finished shopping & want to go to the checkout.
Refunds
- Got the wrong item? Don't worry, these things happen. Simply return the item to us unused & in perfect condition, and we'll either exchange it, give you a credit note or refund the product price directly. We obviously won't refund any shipping costs that have already been used.
- If you have pre-paid for a seminar or event and cannot attend due to illness or emergency, we will refund the full price, less transaction fees, directly after the event.
VAT
- We are a VAT-registered company. Our VAT merchant number is printed onto every invoice & included in every shop email we send.

All online shops work by using 'cookies', which are tiny text files stored on your computer. If you've disabled your cookies (check your browsers security or firewall settings) you won't be able to use this shop, or any others on the web.
Choosing products
Click on the relevant product category (such as uniform & clothing) the required sub-category (such as T-Shirts) and you'll see a list of all available items in that category. Choose all the specifications (such as size, colour & quantity) of the item you want, then click the 'Add To Basket' button next to it.
Your choices will remain in your shopping basket until you checkout, leave our website completely, or remove them manually.
Stock levels
If an item is out-of-stock, our shop will tell you, but won't let you order it. We will not take money for any items which cannot be supplied immediately.

When you've put everything you want into your basket, click the 'View Basket / Checkout' button. Review the items in your order, choose your desired shipping method (1st or 2nd class Royal Mail parcel post, collect order from class, or collect order from HQ) then click the 'Checkout' button. Our shop will take you to a secure page where you can enter your shipping address & payment details.
Payment options
Our shop accepts all major credit & debit cards, plus PayPal transactions & bank transfers. Once on the payment screen, choose either 'Pay via PayPal' or (if you don't have a PayPal account, or don't want to use it) you can click the 'Pay via credit or debit card' option.
Shipping & packaging
Almost all items use minimal basic packaging and can be shipped using Royal Mail Standard service for delivery within 2-3 working days. The total shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your order.
Royal Mail First-Class delivery service is available on all items at extra cost.
Some products are oversize, which require collection from our HQ (which is free) or Royal Mail Parcel Force shipping, which costs extra. The shop will advise you of this, but if at all unsure please contact us before completing your order.
You also have the option to collect an order from our New Malden HQ, or for a small fee, your instructor will collect the order on your behalf and bring it along to your next class for you to collect in person.

Your personal & financial information is securely encrypted & handled by our payment gateways using the highest level of online security commercially available, which currently is 128-Bit SSL3.0
