Chinese Kung-Fu
- Mondays - Fridays 11.00 - 18.00 (Private Tuition)
- Saturdays 11.00 - 13.00 (General Class for Technician Level students)
- Saturdays 14.00 - 18.00 (Private Tuition and/or Tutorials)
- For weekday evening classes please see all our Kung-Fu Schools.
- Kung-Fu tuition may also be available at other times by arrangement with your instructor.
Escrima Concepts
- Mondays - Fridays 11.00 - 18.00 (Private Tuition)
- Saturdays 14.00 - 18.00 (Private Tuition and/or Tutorials)
- For weekday evening classes please see our Chessington School.
- Escrima tuition may also be available at other times by arrangement with your instructor.
Personal Fitness Training
- Mondays - Fridays 07.00 - 17.00 (Personal Training)
- Saturdays 14.00 - 18.00 (Personal Training)
- Personal Fitness training may also be available at other times by arrangement with your personal trainer.
Chi-Kung & Functional Fitness
- Saturdays 15.00 - 17.00 (Per-Term Workshops)

- Chi-Kung may also be studied via Private Tuition at the times listed above for Kung-Fu or Escrima.
More About Our HQ
Any prospective, current or ex-students are welcome to come & purchase merchandise, pop in for a coffee & chat regarding their training, or take advantage of our large library of Martial Arts literature. Ideally give us a call first so that we're not with someone when you arrive, but we'd always like to see you.
We spent a long time acquiring & renovating our HQ, as we wanted to provide a great central training location without forcing our students tuition fees up to pay for it. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but like the best things it's what's on the inside that counts. We cater for private tuition & training in all our arts at all experience levels, so whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced level student why not take advantage of our facilites & our great high street location.
