Real, Tangible Benefits

A Host Of Real Health Benefits

Martial arts training brings real, tangible benefits.

Improve mind, body & spirit. Feel good, feel confident - train well, and train regularly!

All the UKKFF training programmes have proven to be incredibly beneficial to your personal health & well-being. It’s well known that authentic martial arts develops physical, mental and spiritual aspects of your character.

We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we continue to see the real health benefits in our students. Again & again we welcome beginners who are a long way from achieving their potential, and in only a few short months we see great results.

But you’ll only get these results if you attend classes and actually TRAIN!

By working in our regular training sessions, you will improve your muscle tone, your strength, your stamina & endurance. Learning correct technique will develop your balance, stability, precision & fine motor control. You’ll stretch your brain to understand & apply new concepts, and you’ll make rapid decisions under pressure. No, seriously – you’ll be amazed at what you are capable of, if you only put a bit of time & effort in.

Adrenalin flows, your mind & body unite, working together to recognise & overcome threat after threat, and slowly your confidence grows stronger. After training you feel switched on, calm & alert, happily tired yet deliciously loose & relaxed. It feels good – plus you’re learning a fantastic life skill which lets you better handle the real world.
