Focus Pads can be used for much more than just punch training. Any UKKFF instructor will be happy to advise on the many ways to use these items to get the most from your training.
These pads are slightly more expensive than vinyl versions, however we have found the striking surface and overall durability to be superior and worth the extra money, especially when not using training gloves & striking with bare hands. We hope you agree.
