also weapons training. The open-palm design allows easy grip on your partners limbs for certain techniques, and also permits easy holding of weapons. Punch training begins right from the start of our syllabus in both Kung-Fu & Escrima. Training gloves are an essential item for our Pressure-Testing seminars, and we recommend they be brought along to General Classes too.
