Member requests

Any UKKFF member can request a workshop on a particular topic. If there is sufficient interest from within our membership, and if we can find a time slot, we'll do it. You can request an event via the what do you want part of the members area.

Why advance booking & pre-payment?

The UKKFF hires venues and books the services of special guests for the purposes of seminars & events. As a non-profit organisation we must ensure costs are covered, so we often ask that booking of places and/or payment for events is done in advance.

This is not compulsory (you can always pay on the door) but it greatly helps us to gauge demand and ensure sufficient attendance. Plus you can spread the cost of events by using a credit card, whereas on the door we only accept cash or cheques.

Advance booking & payment may be done via any of our instructors, in person at our HQ, or through our online shop which is available 24/7.

If you have booked & paid for an event online, and are unable to attend at the last minute through illness or emergency, we will refund the full price, less transaction fees, to you directly after the event.

The UKKFF reserves the right to cancel, amend or substitute any scheduled event should the need arise.
