Apply for Enrolment or an Information Pack

Home / How To Enrol

You can start Private Tuition at any time, or join a General Class at the start of next term's enrolment period . Follow the three steps below to request your FREE information pack, or to apply to begin your training with the UK Kung-Fu Federation.

Step 1: Choose Your School

Locate your nearest Federation School. (Not sure? Click here for a list.) Even if you just want an information pack posted to you, this allows us to route your enquiry to the correct person & provide correct details of training in your local area.

Step 2: Send Us Your Details

Please complete the form below. You can request an information pack, apply to start your training with, or ask one of our instructors to phone you back to discuss training options - no pressure, no scripted sales talk. Remember you are under no obligation to join us by requesting more information, so what have you got to lose?

Help With The Form

These notes will assist you to complete the application form;

• Questions 1-4:
• We use your details to post an Information Pack to you, or to get in touch if you've requested it. Please make sure all spelling is correct, especially your postcode & your email address.

• Question 5:
• Choose the closest school to you so that we can direct your enquiry to the right person or add your name to the correct school's enrolment list for the start of next term.

• Question 6:
• Please tell us which discipline you would like to study with us. Please note that not all arts are offered at all schools, so check here if you're unsure.

• Question 7:
• Tell us how we can be of service. If you ask us to phone you, please specify a convenient time in the extra comments box and we'll do our best to call then. If you want to join General Classes, make sure you know when our next enrolment will take place.

• Question 8:
• Feel free to tell us more, e.g. health issues or personal concerns regarding your training. Everything you tell us is strictly confidential and will help us to help you.

• SEND or RESET:
• Clicking RESET will clear the form & allow you to start again. Clicking SEND will put your data in an email & send it to the Federation. If (for whatever reason) you cannot seem to send the form then simply phone us instead.
